So get your best / favorite blender out and let’s get to mixin’ some pumpkin smoothie so good, you’ll think its Thanksgiving!

  • 1/4 cup WARM water
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates

blend these two ingredients to a paste in your blender before proceeding with the rest of the recipe.

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 can pure pumpkin
    (be sure to check the label, many big name companies add things like corn syrup, preservatives, sugar, etc.)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 24 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into date paste, whir it up and enjoy!
