The other day Jenn and I talked about energizing vs relaxing yoga poses.  It has occurred to me that I needed an update for my Meditation and  Energizing yoga poses  video that I did a few months ago.  I found this easy to follow seated yoga sequence by Dashama.  I thought that It would be good to include poses by an actual yoga instructor, for your peace of mind ;).  I am listing them in sequence here because I can’t edit them together.  These have really helped me with energy when I do them in the morning after breakfast and my back pain has been helped quite a bit.
